Return Process

Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic component in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
- 3.Ship to LONGER
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
